'Something' must be causing it but he claims it just happens...<br /><br />FYI, the shot provided some relief (I can stand mostly upright now) but generally my back is still sore. That is weird. What did the doctor say about that? I hope that shot works. I am on my third go round with my back (in the past few months)with some sort of spasm. Fortunately this time I can run with it. But, lying down and turning hurts.
